Pteron Press is an experimental media press focusing on the most advanced and fringe type publishing. Our division Ever Books focuses on traditional narrative styles and translated literature.
We have published prose, photography, poetry, art, music and translations, our books are available in several different languages.
Our publishing focus is on new media and online publishing, but we publish special editions, artists books, and hand made books in limited numbers, often these do not make it online.
We are physically based in Helsinki and Palermo.

They have published books from Jukka-Pekka Kervinen, Matt Margo, Max Peake, Suvadeep Das, Patrick Trotti, Stephen Moles, and Timo Tuhkanen. In english, italian and finnish. Issue 1 of the publishing houses magazine was published in 2011, to which Francesco Paolo Oddo, Giorgio Vasta, David Flood, David Brock, Alina Werrick, Timo Tuhkanen, and Jukka-Pekka Kervinen contributed.
The online tumblr-magazine A LIFELIKE YOURS has featured work by Anneli Nygren, Janne Nabb + Maria Teeri, Jukka-Pekka Kervinen, Timo Tuhkanen, Keith Higginbotham, Heikki Räisänen, Egle Oddo.
